Lorene Park

Funded by a grant from the US Dept. of Transportation, a new bicycle and walking path will be soon making itʻs way through Lorene Park.  The path will be a part of the 100s Neighborhood Greenway Extension and run past Gateway Discovery Park, down 107th to 108th and out Glisan St. Supposed goals are to provide safer biking and walking connections, reduce auto cut-through and provide more “eyes on the street” for a safer neighborhood.  Construction will begin the summer of 2018.
